I love the free gift messages, but can I send a Gift Message for items other than the Warm Pals?

Yes! The Gift message is printed on the customer packing list instead of the Send A Pet gift card.

What is Send A Pet’s Free Shipping Service

  • The Free shipping service is UPS or USPS Ground is 1-5 business days.

How do I calculate express shipping costs for my selected item?

  • Place the item you are considering on purchasing in the Send A Pet cart. Select “Calculate Shipping” below the Cart Total.
  • Add your Zip code, City and State and click the Update button. A list of USPS shipping options along with their associated pricing will be displayed for your selection.
  • We ship Monday Through Saturday (excluding Sunday). All orders normally ship the same day when ordered by 11:00 A.M.; otherwise, they ship the next shipping day.

What types of payment does Send A Pet accept?

  • We use on our SSL Certificate encrypted site the well respected STRIPE payment processor. Stripe accepts all card payment types including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit Cards, Discover, and Diners Club.
  • We also accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

What is Send A Pet’s shipping policy?

  • Most orders ship out the next Shipping day (Monday Through Saturday), and most orders ship the same day when ordered before 11:00 A.M. Arizona Time.
  • We ship to the USA including Alaska and Hawaii
  • Shipping times depend on the service you Select and the time of day the order is placed. UPS Ground it 1-5 business days, UPS 3-Day is 1-3 days, UPS 2-Day is 1-2 Days, and UPS Next Day is by the end of the following day.
    • Consequently, please try to order your Send A Pet well in advance to allow for Send A Pet’s successful resolution for any shipping vendor transit failures.
  • Send A Pet recommends ordering a minimum of 1 week in advance of your event to allow for shipping transit delays. Also, please allow additional time during holidays.

How does Send a Pet ensure quality of the animals their valued customers receive?

  • Before shipping, we thoroughly inspect each animal for quality, material and manufacture defects.
  • We check the Integrity and quality of stitching
  • The absence of any holes verified.

What is Send A Pet’s return policy?

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Since all of our product are made to order specifically for each customer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will send you a return address.
  • If sending more expensive items, consider adding tracking and insurance to your package.
  • All items are photographed for quality and condition prior to shipping.

What is acceptable for personalized notes?

  • Importantly, only notes without profanity will be forwarded. Notes deemed by the Sender as inappropriate will not be forwarded, replaced with the customer’s name only, and the customer will be notified of such.
